The Volusia County Sheriff's Office announced Wednesday that a fourth suspect, identified as Tony Stromberg, is in custody for posting a series of threatening messages directed towards Sheriff's Office employees through various mediums, including Twitter, phone calls, and emails under the pseudonym "Condor Calabasas," in response to Sheriff Mike Chitwood's unwavering stance against hate groups.

In March, Stromberg escalated his behavior by sending a follow-up email claiming to have made a more credible threat and expressing disappointment, stating, "not one police car, let alone an FBI car, has pulled up to my house."

Following extensive investigations into the menacing communications, detectives from the Calgary Police Service successfully apprehended Tony Stromberg on Sunday. He now faces charges of uttering threats to cause death within the Canadian legal system.

As per current indications, Stromberg will undergo legal proceedings in Canada and faces charges in his home country without requiring extradition to Volusia County.
