Abbey Bar

Established in 2006, Abbey Bar is one of the original Craft Beer Bars in Volusia County and Central Florida. Abbey has been awarded many honors including Imbide Magazine’s Top 100 Beer Bars in America, Ratebeer’s Top 20 Beer Bars in the World, listed on 100 Bars to Visit Before You Die, and many others.

Abbey specializes in Craft Beer from Florida, across the US and the World.  We staff 2 Certified Cicerones and pride ourselves in our knowledge of the beers we serve as well as flavor, history, and the science behind beer.

Abbey's partnership with Odd Elixir MeadWorks was established in 2014. Odd Elixir MeadWorks is a Boutique Winery specializing in craft mead designed for the Florida lifestyle and is Volusia County’s first and only Meadery.

Mead is the oldest fermented beverage in history and is made from honey.  We use all local honey in our meads which range in alcohol from 5% to 14% and are typically dry to semi-sweet. All our meads are made right here at Abbey.

In addition to an every changing menu of Adventurous Beer, Noteworthy Wines, and Creative Meads, Abbey offers a unique menu of upscale bar fare that is prepared fresh daily.  We are open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week.
